Update 1st December 2022

It's been a very difficult year so far. We have struggled to keep our prices as low as possible especially in the last few months, with rising costs on supplies and couriers the inevitable had to happen but we will ALWAYS try to keep the price on every item as low as possible.
Having said that you've all kept us pretty busy with your orders so thank you to everyone!!

Update 15th December 2021

​

Thank you to every single customer in 2021, we have had our busiest year so far and we've made lots of new pieces, many from your designs.

Most of the things in our various shops are showing as 'out of stock'. That's simply because our order book is full now, right up to the shipping deadline day for 2021. You can still get in touch via the usual methods if you want to get something ordered for January.

I would personally like to thank all customers for their business and support this year.

Update 14th October:

​

A quick announcement about shipping prices, it's the dreaded price rise subject!! We are being hit with some really big price hikes on packaging and shipping costs and we really need to put our prices up accordingly I'm afraid. EU is no longer an option now as shipping is often more expensive than the item itself, even Northern Ireland is becoming increasingly difficult to ship to. We shall keep the shipping costs as low as we can for as long as we can, some items might not go up at all, others will go up by a couple of £££s, we hate doing it but it's now become a necessity. Sorry :(

On a lighter note, thank you to everyone that has ordered and enquired over the last couple of months.

Update 7th July:

​

We have had a few big orders recently, benches for a restaurant and headboards for a B&B, we'll add some photos of the finished pieces soon hopefully. Thanks for all your enquiries and orders. We're taking a few days off so most of the popular items are showing as out of stock for a while. We'll add them again around the weekend of the 10th and get going again after that!!

Update 14th May:

​

We have decided to cease selling on ebay for a while as they are trying their very best to make life as complicated as possible for sellers. We've been selling on there since we started so it hasn't been an easy decision and it is one that may lose us some business in the short term but here at HTUK we want complete control over our selling and customer experience, not to be dictated to by ebay or anyone else. We're stepping up our social media output and will continue selling on Etsy and our online shop, plus you can contact us via all the other usual methods.

Update 26th March:

​

Etsy must have been using one of our darts backboards in their Facebook ads because we have never been so busy!! Thank you to everyone that has bought something. We're keeping up with orders though, so if you order now it'll be finished and with you before the estimated delivery date.

Update 12th Feb:

We've caught up on a lot of orders in the last week or two, thank you all for your custom. The snow has slowed things down a little but not dramatically and our couriers done a fantastic job with deliveries too so as it stands if you order now it'll be finished and with you before the estimated delivery date.

Our couriers are APC if you need a reliable delivery company, they don't give hour ETAs like DPD but they rarely let us down on next day deliveries.

Deliveries to EU is still on hold for now.

Update 4th Jan 2021:

We hope everyone had a nice break, we're back and raring to go again. Some items are already selling out as quick as we restock so thank you all for that. If you miss out on something you can either wait until we relist or just get in touch, if you're too impatient!!

It's our final update for 2020. Any orders still outstanding will be delivered before Christmas. Most of the things in our various shops are showing as 'out of stock'. That's because we're having a break until next year now. You can still get in touch via the usual methods if you want to get something in the order book but no sanding belts or saws will be spinning until at least Monday the 4th of Jan. I would personally like to thank all customers for their business and support this year.

Update 15th November:

A couple of weeks in to this 2nd lockdown and we're not struggling with materials like last time. We are struggling to keep up with orders though!! Thanks to everyone that has bought something recently, we appreciate every order.

All three of our selling platforms, here, Etsy & Ebay are all low on stock because as soon as we list something it sells out and we needed to take a breath and catch up a bit. We don't like to keep anyone waiting longer than a couple of weeks max so that is the reason for holding back a bit on the more popular items.

If you have seen something you like, or was watching, and it's gone, please get in touch, I'm sure we can squeeze a few extra orders in!!
